Rodrigo Rojas became River’s first official reinforcement of the year. The Paraguayan midfielder passed the medical examination on the 19th and made his first remarks as River’s new acquisition.
“I have heard a lot about River and I know what the club means in this country and the world. I know the situation it is in, but I hope to contribute to the team to get it back to being the best,” stated Rodrigo Rojas, who will join the rest of the team in preseason training.
“It is a very important change in my career. The Argentine league is the most competitive on the continent. I will try to not lose all the confidence that has been given to me at this point.”
