Off a breakway outside the main goal box, Buonanotte put River in a partial 2-0 lead against the ‘Lobo’. His class and style made him one of the best this season.
4. Mauro Diaz versus Velez Sarsfield
This recent goal against Velez was a product by Mauro Diaz off a great assist by Ariel Ortega. Although the match was lost, this goal was by far one of the best.
5. Matias Abelairas versus Racing Club
River’s first match with Daniel Passarella as President, Abelairas scored an AMAZING free kick to put River up 2-0.
