The atmosphere keeps getting worse with River. Fans have had enough and are directly pointing the finger at Coach Nestor Gorosito. River visited Arsenal in the neighborhood of Sarandi in Buenos Aires, hoping to get three points as the visiting side. Can you believe that River has officially broken a record of a 15-game losing streak as the visiting team? Since February of the year, River cannot win outside home turf. Players and coaching staff continue to be a great deception on the field, leaving a sour taste in every fan’s mouth.
Many River fans went to support the team despite the lousy results. Many songs were sung by the fans, in hopes of motivating the players but they fell to deaf ears. It only took nine minutes for Arsenal to score, thanks to a penalty shot scored by Cristian Alvarez. After the goal, River became a ghost on the field. The team could not break away from any offensive push; always losing possession on every given chance. The greatest deception on the field was Cristian Fabbiani. He has been given many opportunities to improve his gameplay but he cannot live up to his word. The whole match was Arsenal dominating River and their ambition let them escape with a victory.
Under fierce criticism once again is Coach Nestor Gorosito. As the players heading to the locker rooms, they had to pass by all the River fans that went to support them. Insults were flying left and right towards the Coach, calling him many names that cannot be mentioned. His depressed look, his poor body posture, and gloomy attitude summed up what everyone feels.
